it's driving me crazy. I'm using a custom template on ShareLaTeX .
I'm trying to do citations with BibTeX, but when I try to use the alpha bibliography style and then \cite{key} in the text, it only gives me the first three letters of the author and some of the year in the citation. E.g ...
