One entry in my table of content involves a supscript symbol, thus the high of corresponding line is larger than others.
How can I equal high of all lines in order to get a beatiful table of content

My thesis's title page contains a tile, a pictur and some words. Apter this page, there is a blank page with the page number is 2. I used fancy package to customize header and set counter to 1. Here is my code before title page \setcounter{secnumdepth}{3}
