I have posted the same query. After struggling with this for 15 days I finally found how to solve this.

1. First create a new folder in C:
C:\Programfiles\Texmf
2. Then for some reasons I was not able to unzip the contents directly to c:\programfiles ...

I am trying to install winfonts.
Read me document asked me to do this.
0) First, the winfonts package could be already installed on your
