I had same problem. I just find solution. I think there are some changes in new version of TeXnicCenter so now you must add dictionaries to

Hi,
I had same problem. I just find solution. I think there are some changes in new version of TeXnicCenter so now you must add dictionaries to folder (not to ..\Language).
