Double ToC Entry for Bibliography

Hi there I'm new in these forum and I would like to get some help with the following issue:

I'm currently getting in my ToC the following:
1.7 Bibliography ..... 9
Bibliography ......... 9

I want to get rid of the second referencing from the toc.

I have in my preamble:
\usepackage{chapterbib ...
