I could resolve this issue but created another one. Turns out it was just using the old .aux file to use the bibtex, but when I cleared it before starting each time, I could do the proper changes and it worked. The problem now is that, I need it to say "y" instead of "and" but the command doesn't ...

I have a problem running the Asymptote command for the "PDFLaTeX + Asymptote + PDFLaTeX + View PDF" compiling.
