found it, and it helped. It creates the PDF now.
But there is still something strange going on:
when i try to view the PDF directly from TeXnicCenter, i still have the same error message and it's not opening the file.

I just re-installed TeXnicCenter (necessary after re-installing Windows 7), but now it's not creating PDF's anymore. It's going wrong with all tex-files i tried to convert.
In the FAQ I read about the path to the PDF-reader, but i am sure it is correct.
