I would like to harvard style reference a website as per below outline using natbib:
Benn, T. (2002, June 21). Recognition in a democracy. [Online]. (URL http://www.tonybenn.com/reco.html). (Accessed 12 February 2004).
I've tried using the @misc construct but can't get it even close to ...

Not retainining upper case letters from .bib
Hi,
I'm using the natbib package with style apalike. For a journal that has the following title in the .bib file, "The EU council today" it keeps returning "The eu council today" in the bibliography.
Please could you advise how I can sort this out.
