Thanks for your help. I switched to XP from Vista, and it started to work. This must be a bug. Note, that the problem was fixed on vista if I bit my lip right, and prayed real hard. If I put the picture, 3 or 4 paragraphs above where I wanted it, this also worked sometimes. Hope this helps someone ...
