I checked again. The old version now also doesn't work. I redid the figures. It works now in the new version. So guess the figures collapsed.
I wonder that when Yap exit abnormally, it means there is errors the compile can not find. And in the new version, the Yap is very slow.

I have the similar problem. Anyway, it is weird that the following:
