Hi there - I may be able to assist you.

In the preamble add:

\renewcommand\enoteformat{\noindent\theenmark.\hspace{0.06in}}
\renewcommand\notesname{Endnotes}

The first command will have the numbers as 1. 2. 3.....instead of superscripts.
The second command allows you to change the heading to ...
