Hello i'm having the same problem, and i tried using the suggested packages but as i'm a mac user, with TeX live 2008, the packages don't exist...
I tried to install them, but as i'm no computer wizard i didn't understand the explanations given in http://www.math.toronto.edu/ivrii/Computer/tl2008 ...
