Hi everyone,

I'm trying to reduce the two inches or so of white space that appear above the 'Bibliography' title to fit all the references on one page.
Here's what I've got:

\begin{thebibliography}{99}
\bibitem{}... etc
...
\end{thebibliography}

I'd usually use negative vspace to remove white ...
