Putting Capitals in title of ref paper

Bibtex is working well aside from the fact that it doesn't put capitals in the title of a paper when I put capitals. e.g. @misc{ Greedy, Author = {Paul E. Black}, Title = {"greedy algorithm", in Dictionary of Algorithms and Data Structures, National Institude of Standards and Technology}, ...

Putting Brackets around fractions

I can't seem to make the brackets cover the full fraction when stating a differential, namely

  1. \begin{equation}
  2. (\frac{df}{dt})
  3. \end{equation}
