Fancy page number going wrong
hi guys
I use book document class with fancy page numbers. it should disply the page number on the right in even pages and on the left in odd pages. It does through the document :D but not on the first page in each chapter ;) . An example is attached and here is the preamble I used.

Which I would like to sugesset is to put the pream comands, I mean document class, usepackege, ........ begine document and end document in the end as well in chapter 1. I swich now to bib tex I works very well. I like it but I have many refrences in word. chaning all of the to bib tex is painful and time condumer. Any way to be done using the enternet. I Hear that there are some webs can export the biblogrophy detalis to bib tex file directly

I relized that the time table orination is ok but is not the default setting for tables to have the caption on the top of the table
