Problem solved!!!
I haven't seen previously the "pdftex" package in the preample of Lyx. So I removed that package which was defined together with the hypedrref-package. Now it's working fine.
As a hint : It is very usefull to look to the UserGuide.pdf of the downloadable files of http://www ...
