I had commented out the below as I dont have the package,

I added the below code,

1. Since you mentioned M.Sc thesis, perhaps you installed MiKTex when you are behind a university firewall and trying to update the package manager outside your university campus (I am just guessing)

1. Go to your MiKTex Package manager
2. Look for and install a package called "ms"
See if MiKTex complaining again.
