I am experiencing the following problem and I wonder if anybody knows a possible solution.

I am using thebibliography environment to prepare an article and I enter the single entry using \bibitem . As example, the following code.
\begin{thebibliography}{99}
\bibitem{Askne} Askne J ...

I tried using the package tocbibind and it worked quite good!

I am sorry I haven't tried yet the second solution proposed by Juanjo, but I will do is as soon as possible.

I would like to submit a problem that I have using the hyperref package!

Normally everything work perfectly, using the following code:

\usepackage[bookmarks]{hyperref}
\usepackage[figure,table]{hypcap}

The second package hypcap is really useful to mark the floating objects ...
