Hello,
What is the best way to install a TTF font to be used by Latex. My company has its own font. I have tried mtfi-0.6.0-setup_2.exe as suggested by another forum on this site, but there is a problem with ttf2tfm.
Is this executable the best way to go or is there a better how to out there?

Hello,
My Table of Contents, List of Figures and List of Tables pages are all centered (or nearly centered) in the middle of the page. I would like them to start at the top of the page at the same height as my chapter headings. How can I do this?
