I've tried removing the textbf{} but no change. For some reason textsc{} doesn't work for me. I don't know why. Also, since my goal is to replicate the pdf attached and I have the word document, is it possible to just convert the word document to latex (have all the layout done for me) so I won't ...

Nobody knows how to install new opentype fonts in Latex? Does everyone just use the standard 4 fonts that come with it then? In that way I think msword is better
