Hi,
One of the captions in my Figure includes a web site address, which goes off the page when using the \listoffigures. Is there any way to solve this, either by splitting the web url or putting the entire url onto the next line on the \listoffigures? The url is fine in the caption in the text ...

A-ha, thanks localghost. Windies have masked the icon as that of a Text Document, hence I naively assumed this to be in .txt format.

Its not PDF, its PS (postscript). Heres the list of files I get after a compile:
example.aux
example.bbl
example.blg
example.dvi
example.txt
example.ps
example.tex
I cant seem to figure out how to get the .log file.

How do you get a .log file? When texniccenter builds/compiles, no .log file is outputted (as it compiles without any errors).

Thanks for the quick response. I have attached the a minimal example .tex (although using \usepackage{txfonts}, as well as its output in .ps format.
There is a need for me to use txfonts (and not amsmath) for some of the gaudy mathematical formulae that I am using in my original .tex file ...

I have used MikTex (2.5) + Texniccenter combo on my old laptop, and with the purchase of a new laptop I have installed MikTex 2.9 + Texniccenter on it. However, when I try to compile the .tex files (which compiled fine under MikTex 2.5), the equations are missing bits and pieces under MikTex 2 ...
