I would like to know out to change the numbering of my equations, in a way such that
it appears the number of the chapter, the number of the theorem and the number of the equation.

Example A.1.1 (Chapter->Appendix A, theorem nº1, equation nº1)
Example A.2.1 (Chapter->Appendix A, theorem nº2 ...
