I have exactly the same error: LaTeX error fileL Cell culture_1.pdf not found on input line 116. I checked the file extension etc, but can not figure out what is wrong:

I use it like this:

[code]\begin{figure}[!h]
\begin{center}
\includegraphics{Cell culture_1.pdf}
\end{center}
\end{figure ...
