Exactly. The editor is not for me until this matter - I only depend on the inclusion of the "shell escape" on Windows.
I'm pretty sure that this doesn't work. Take a look at the log file. Instead I recommend the xcolor package ...

I changed
\usepackage{color}
\usepackage[usenames]{color}
into
\usepackage{color}
\usepackage[usenames]
and it works.
