I am trying to set up multibbl when using the template http://www-h.eng.cam.ac.uk/help/tpl/textprocessing/ThesisStyle/ for my thesis. When generating the PDF file, I get the error message
"! Incomplete \iffalse; all text was ignored after line 40. all text was ignored after line 40."
in Kile. I ...

Remove empty Page before Chapters
I downloaded the PhD Latex template from http://www-h.eng.cam.ac.uk/help/tpl/tex ... esisStyle/. All chapters have to start on an odd page. How can I change it so that a chapter can start on even and odd pages? I want to remove the empty pages before chapters.
