Is there a simple way?

Hi Habeo,

with standard LaTeX figures and graphics, just add the draft option to the document class options at the beginning.

If you mean a specific drawing package that you did not mentioned yet, such as TikZ, pstricks, asymptote, xy, or picture mode, let us know.

Command in LaTex

That's not an issue. But if you see any other issue, try posting specific code that allows us to reproduce it in order to fix it.

\hhline resets \rowcolors

Then try adding \hhline{~} instead: \documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{article} \usepackage{hhline} \usepackage[table]{xcolor} \begin{document} \begin{table}%\rowcolors{1}{white}{gray} \begin{tabular}{llll} 1&2&3&4\\ %white 1&2&3&4\\ \hhline{----}\hhline{~} %grey 1&2&3&...

Twenty Second CV - Doesn't allow accents?

In the template version I know, \languages is not defined. What is your version?

Command in LaTex

I saw that command defined like this:

  1. \newcommand{\updatechaptername}{%
  2. \addtocontents{toc}{\protect\renewcommand*\protect\cftchappresnum{\@chapapp\ }}
  3. }

You can try adding this definition in your document preamble, and compile two times, to update the table of contents.

Twenty Second CV - Doesn't allow accents?

Welcome to the forum! Use an input encoding that matches the encoding of your editor (operating system). Such as \usepackage[utf8]{inputenc} on Unix, Linux, Mac OS X and some Windows editors. Otherwise, on Windows, try \usepackage[latin1]{inputenc} If inputenc is already in the template, adjust the ...

Hacking with LaTeX! How to protect?

A blacklist is already good, plus disabling write18 / shell-escape. You could use a docker container, that contains a TeX installation, with compilation done by a non-root user. With docker, at compiling time an operating system image is created, used, and destroyed afterwards. Each compilation uses...

Migrating LaTex from one Windows Server to Another

It is possible, but then you have to update also environment variables, that contain location of the executable files etc. Plus start menu entries, file type registrations.

I would do a clean install. Clean should be preferable anyway.
