A while ago I have posted a problem with page numbers and still had not solved the issue and now i cannot find the old post...
I would like
- my first page not to have a page number
- have the TOC pages numbered in Roman
- have the rest numbered in Arabic
- have the page numbers centered, and ...

unfortunately it still doesn't work... i'm getting the same error message every time i try to render the document...

Copy and pasting of tables
I have a seemingly small and yet extremely annoying problem with the tables: i'd like to copy and paste tables to be able to duplicate them quicker and have more of the same kind. However, when i select the table then copy and paste only the contents are retrieved.
Any chance to get the whole table ...

Formatting of footnotes
I am not quite happy with the default format of the footnotes, i.e. if possible I'd like them to be not indented and instead with a vertical space between them. Is that possible?

Hello,
I'd like to insert pdf files into my LyX/LateX document that span several pages.
I tried the \includepdf {filename} command, using the pdfpages package but that produces the following error message when I try to render it in pdf:
LyX: Cannot view file
File does not exist:
C:/Users/CDTM ...

Unfortunately it is a little bit more complicated:
I am working with lyX so I only use pieces of Latex code here and then in the document.
I don't have a page number on the first page, then the table of contents, figures, tables etc is numbered in roman, then it begins anew with ...
