thanks for your message. It will be fixed in the next version. For now, you should be able to do a temporary fix with the following:

\makeatletter
\renewcommand{\@do@wrglossary}[1]{%
\protected@edef\@glslocref ...

There is a problem with the page number when the Xindy option is active in glossaries package. As you see in the minimal example, the page number is incorrect in the glossary. But it will be OK if you remove [xindy] option. I think the problem is related to the fact that \thepage counter returns ...
