I tried using hyperref. Combined with the Bibltext bst class amsalpha, this produces the MR number in the bibliography, but does not make it clickable. Using the latex class birkjour (for Birkhaüser journals) makes the MR number clickable, but not the other usual ...

In my BibTeX bibliography, the Math Reviews reference \MR appears. I would like to make this reference clickable so that on the pdf file, clicking redirects to the relevant page of Math Sci Net.
Does anybody know how to do this?
