Thank you for your help, but I believe I've fixed the problem--I downloaded and installed Ghostscript (among other little hacks) and now things work.

eps figures won't show in pdf output
I have recently moved to a new computer running Windows Vista Enterprise 64bit, and now my old files which compiled just fine on my old workstation no longer show the eps figures. I am using Texnic Center 7.01 and Miktex 2.7. I build and view using Latex => PS => PDF. The figures show up as expected ...
