I tried implementing the submissions of both Sven Wiegand and dmonkey but to still didn't work.
Initially it was working with miktek 2.5 and Acrobat 7.0 pro. However, now that I have upgraded
to Adobe reader 8.11 and miktex 2.7 it doesn't work. Pls any work around? :? :(
