Can't auto-download MikTeX package

I just joined this forum as I have a problem, and out of curiosity as I started to learn LaTeX, to use it as a tool for making my thesis on paper and probably for future use
Yesterday I installed latest MikTeX and TeXnic Center on Windows XP SP3, and have problem with MikTeX auto-downloading ...
