(author?) missing for citation style alpha
I'm having some issues trying to get my citations to look right. They seem to be working almost correctly except for the fact that if I select the citation style "author (year)", for example "Beason (2008)", I get " (author?) , [Bea08]", regardless of who that actual author is. How do I fix this ...
