Hello,

I'm using the 'fancy' page style, and want it seen on each page bar the title page. This is successful apart from the 1st page of a table of contents which spans 2 pages. The code I have for setting the page style for the contents page is as follows:
\thispagestyle{fancy}
\tableofcontents ...
