I am trying to submit a paper to an MIT Press Journal, which requires papers to use the Chicago Style. For some reason that I really just cannot understand the natbib style "chicago.sty/chicago.bst" does not actually match the Chicago style (looks like maybe it's an old version?)

Hi all,
I am working on my thesis and need my section titles to be left justified, non-bold text. The document style I am using is specific to my department's, but I believe article style also bolds the sections automatically.
Basically I need them to look like this:
1.1 Title Here

I just updated Miktex to 2.9 and I started having problems hyperref, mainly that I cannot use it. I would like to use a specification with colorlinks to make my references blue and clickable (which has always worked before).
