Hi there! I am writing my thesis and have a few questions with the table of content.

1. How can I remove the page numbers in the TOC (together with the long dots)? I mean those numbers on the right.

2. Some of the chapter names are very long. How can I make them align properly and start at the ...

I have generated some eps figures using matplotlib by savefig('test.eps'), and include the figures in latex using Kile.

\begin{figure}
\centering
\epsfig{file = test.eps, scale = 0.5}

\end{figure}

When I convert it to dvi and ps, they both look good. But ...

I have been using Latex for a year but from time to time, I come across some problems. I hope to learn more from this forum
