export lyx-files to MS Word

Hi there,
I have to use a Windows at uni :( - no one works with Lyx here and I have to find a way to get the export into Word working because my tutors don't want to change...

Ok, I click on >EXPORT >HTML (MS Word)

The error message is: An error occured whilst running htlatex "filename.tex" 'html ...
