Isn't it possible to use another language than English with this template: Short Stylish Cover Letter? If not, why? When I try to replace \usepackage[english]{babel} with \usepackage[swedish]{babel} the compiler says

Package babel Error: You haven't loaded the option english yet

Babel stores information between runs in the .aux file. Delete that and try running your file again (twice).
