Undefined Control Sequence when citing a Reference

I use bibliography in this editor. When I compile, I get the error message:

However, in the bibtex window, it shows success.

I find in the bbl file the content is:

I couldn't find the reason. Can any one tell me?

Please post a minimal example that demonstrates the problem.
