footnote problem in singlecol-new.cls

Postby latex_learner » Tue Dec 06, 2016 9:53 am

I have been facing a weird problem associated with the footnote.

When I try to use \footnote command in documentclass{singlecol-new}, it does not show the footnote text.

However, when I change the documentclass to article it works fine.

Can any one guide me where I made mistake?

  1. \documentclass {singlecol-new}
  2. \usepackage{multirow}
  3. \usepackage{graphicx}
  4. \usepackage{float}
  5. \usepackage{hyperref}
  6. \usepackage{wrapfig}
  7. \usepackage{caption}
  8. \usepackage{subcaption}
  9.
  10. \raggedbottom
  11. \setlength{\parskip}{0pt}
  12.
  13.
  14. \usepackage[vlined,ruled,linesnumbered]{algorithm2e}
  15.
  16. \usepackage{natbib,stfloats}
  17. \usepackage{mathrsfs}
  18. \usepackage{threeparttable}
  19. \usepackage{rotating}
  20. \usepackage{enumitem}
  21.
  22. Putting foot note here\footnote{Testing...}

Welcome,

i never heard of this class. Where did you get it from and why are you using it?
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
