Get the "LaTeX Beginner's Guide" ebook for free

Postby Stefan Kottwitz » Fri Feb 20, 2015 5:08 pm

Hello dear LaTeX Community members!

I’m happy to tell you than we can provide the „LaTeX Beginner’s Guide“ as an ebook for free, for a limited time. The normal price for the ebook is € 24.97, now it will be € 0,00 for one day. This was agreed with the publisher, and it will be valid for that single day only.

I cannot tell you the exact day yet, but it will be a single day in the following 2 weeks, starting from tomorrow. So please return and have a look here, for the final „it’s here!“.

Right at this thread, I will post a download link at that day, when the availability starts, for a maximum of 24 hours.

At this time, I would like to thank all for their LaTeX support in this forum!

I know, our experienced LaTeX supporters don’t need this book, but feel free to get it for curiosity. Your download will prove interest to the publisher, so I could offer them a revised updated edition.

Our LaTeX friends, who may be new in this topic, may benefit. And I thank all for their questions in our forum, because this forum would not exist without.

A download link will follow!

Hi Azetina,

very nice to see you here!

The publisher, who will provide the download, told me two possible dates. But they required to not announce it before it's online. It's a matter of days or a week.

Hi evanexempt,

yes, I promise to post it here!

Beside this confirmation, this post verifies that your email notification works. Gladly use that, I don't intend to let you look here daily, it's just here to let LaTeX community members know at first before I post it somewhere else then.
