How to install CTAN package (babel-language)
Hello! As the title says, how am I supposed to install CTAN package. The archive contains a .dtx; and .ins files. What should I do with these files, where to put them in order Lyx to recognize them, or is there a way to install those within Lyx? My system is Ubuntu 16.04

How to install CTAN package (babel-language)
Packages are usually installed using the TeX Live manager.
If you don't have that available because you installed TeX Live from the Ubuntu repositories, you have to install the matching Ubuntu package using apt-get or similar.
