(newbie)can't remove fixltx2e warning Topic is solved

"fixltx2e is not required with releases after 2015(fixltx2e) All fixes are now in the LaTeX kernel." Well, since the LaTeX kernel updates early in 2015 (so say two years ago, as of writing), the fixes provided by fixltx2e aren't needed any longer, since you're seeing the warning message y...

Creating list of abbreviations

Welcome to the LaTeX Community.

You might be interested in the glossaries package, for example. After definition of acronyms (i.e. abbreviations) you will be able to use them with the command \gls{foo} and print the full list of acronyms basically at any place you desire.

Problem with table reference

You neither have a \caption nor a \label{table:name} command in your code. Thanks a lot for the help... Now the numbering is ok with \begin{center} \captionof{table}{} \label{table:habitantes} \vspace{0.20cm} \begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} \hline \hspace{0.15cm} $t$ \hspace{0.15cm} & 0 &...
