You can have your LaTeX editor on the left side of the screen, Word on the right side. So you see the errors marked on the right side, and make the changes on the left side in your LaTeX document.

TeXstudio has an interactive grammar checker, see: Features . LanguageTool works standalone and checks grammar. It can be used via copy and paste, or export via latex2html or tex4ht or PDF conversion to text. You could also use Word as grammar checker. Again, you need to get your text into Word like...

Labels and references? They have to be recreated. Looking into the .aux file can help. (make a copy)

Or do you mean bibliographic references? They should still be in the .bib file, if you used it.

If you don't have a backup copy, it may be lost. Physical recovery tools for your operating system may be an option, to recover parts of the text. Look if your editor made automatic backup copies, such as a file with an extension .bak or .~. Or copy and Paste from the PDF to get the text, and format...

I'm sure that's not possible in a straightforward way. However, you could export or convert the Originlab files to PDF files, and include them. That's still scalable with high quality. Perhaps xdvi just cannot display the embedded eps files. eps is not dvi anyway. You may need to look at the final PDF instead of at the dvi file.
